Return Policy

    • All returns subject to management approval

    • Check refunds issued after a 15-day clearing period

    • Credit card refunds returned to the original form of payment

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt.

  • Due to the nature of live plants and live goods they are not eligible for return or exchange once they have left our premises.  On a case-by-case basis, requests may be reviewed by management. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on condition, timing, and evaluation of the products at the time of return.

    • Custom orders: Items not in stock or on-site at the time of purchase and ordered specifically for the customer.

    • Opened bagged products (soil, compost, bark, concrete, etc.)

    • Opened pallets of natural stone or paver products.

    • All bulk products.

    • Opened pond chemicals, treatments, or supplies (including liners).

    • Electronics, pumps, or tools that are opened or show signs of use.

  • All clearance and reduced-price items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% per item to cover handling and processing costs for heavy or specialty products. Restocking fees apply to all hardscape, stone and paver returns.
