Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt.

Due to the nature of live plants and live goods they are not eligible for return or exchange once they have left our premises. On a case-by-case basis, requests may be reviewed by management. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on condition, timing, and evaluation of the products at the time of return.

Custom orders: Items not in stock or on-site at the time of purchase and ordered specifically for the customer.
Opened bagged products (soil, compost, bark, concrete, etc.)
Opened pallets of natural stone or paver products.
All bulk products.
Opened pond chemicals, treatments, or supplies (including liners).
Electronics, pumps, or tools that are opened or show signs of use.

All clearance and reduced-price items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% per item to cover handling and processing costs for heavy or specialty products. Restocking fees apply to all hardscape, stone and paver returns.
