Q: What fruit trees and plants will you receive this season?

Q: How much do your trees and plants cost?
A: Pricing varies by size, species, and supplier.

Q: My plant died. Can I get a refund?
A: We do not offer warranties or refunds on plants and live goods. Refer to our return policy for more information.

  • Q: Why can’t I return open pallets of stone or paver products?
A: Once the pallet has been opened, these products are difficult to re-stock and may contain broken or unusable pieces. Pavers are often palletized in patterns that cannot be reassembled if pieces are missing. In rare cases, returns may be reviewed by management. Restocking fees apply to all hardscape, stone and paver returns.

Q: How many square feet are in a pallet of pavers?
A: Coverage varies by product and pattern. For estimating purposes, most pallets cover approximately 120–140 sq. ft.

Q: What base materials do you recommend for a paver patio?
A: For non-vehicular patios, we recommend 12" of compacted ¾" minus aggregate topped with 1" of sand. Site conditions vary, and customers are responsible for determining project requirements.

    Q: Do you install pavers?
A: No. We are a material supplier and do not offer installation services.

  • Q: Can you load my SUV, minivan, or truck with a canopy?
A: No. For safety reasons, we load only open-bed trucks and open, non-roofed trailers designed for hauling bulk materials.

Q: Can I fill my own container or bag with bulk product?
A: No. For safety reasons customers may not self-load in the bulk area. Pre-bagged products are available for purchase.

Q: How much bulk material do I need?
A: As a general estimate, 1 cubic yard covers about 100 sq. ft. at 3 inches deep. Actual quantities will vary by material and site-specific conditions.

Q: I do not see a product in stock. Can I purchase a special-order product?
A: Yes. To begin the special order, we require a completed custom order request form. Ask an employee for the form.

Q: Can I pre-pay for bulk products and pick them up later?
A: No. Bulk products must be paid for and picked up at the time of purchase. Delivery orders are the only exception.

Q: Why does a half yard cost more than a full yard?
A: Scales of economy. Smaller quantities cost more per yard where larger quantities cost less per unit.

  • Q: Can you mix different bulk products in your dump truck for delivery?
A: Yes, but materials will blend and cannot be separated. Products are loaded in layers, not evenly mixed. The combined load may not exceed 5 cubic yards.

Q: Can plants and bulk products be delivered together?
A: No. Plants and bulk materials require different trucks and separate delivery fees.

Q: How many yards can you deliver in your dump truck?
A: Up to 5 cubic yards per delivery.

Q: Can you deliver more than 5 cubic yards of bulk product?
A: Yes. If quantities of the same product require more than 5 deliveries (25 yards) with our truck, this is considered a custom order. We require filling out a custom order form first to provide an estimate for this special request.

Q: How many pallets can you deliver on your flatbed truck?
A: Approximately 6 pallets, with a maximum total GVRW weight of 54,000 pounds.

Q: Can the driver unload materials in a specific location?
A: We provide curbside delivery.  Final placement of your products is determined at the time of delivery and is based on the driver’s evaluation of access, safety, and the limits of our equipment. We do not provide installation services.
